The Tree Top Ladies’ League proudly presents the 25th Golf Scramble to raise support for those facing breast cancer and fund research to find a cure now…so our daughters don’t have to.
We’re inviting Golfers, Event Sponsors, Hole Sponsors, and Prize Donors to be part of this year’s event. If you’d like to join our mission, please complete click the buttons below to download the registration and/or sponsor forms.
Registration forms and fees must be returned to Tree Top Golf Course by July 31st. Space is limited to the first 20 teams to REGISTER and PAY! You must register as a 4-some. Lunch, prizes, and our raffle basket drawing will follow the Scramble!
Can’t make it? You can still support our fundraising efforts by purchasing raffle tickets for the baskets that will be located in the clubhouse beginning June 1st, or by being an event or hole sponsor! All sponsors should fill out the sponsor form, linked below, so we can recognize your contribution in our event handout.

Raffle tickets will be available in the clubhouse all summer long. Winners will be drawn during lunch following the golf scramble on August 8th. This year’s baskets include: “Golf Basket” – includes 4 golf passes, balls, tees, and more; “Home Improvement” – includes a toolbox and gift cards to local home improvement stores, and the always popular “Cheer Basket”.
The ticket cost $5 for 1, $10 for 3 or $20 for 8 and may be purchased from the clubhouse attendant – cash only, please.
